Take a deep breathe, and let go of all that stress. Several healthy breathing techniques can help lower stress instantly. You can start by taking a deep breathe and exhaling fully, as you exhale try pushing a little more air out so your breaths slowly become longer and longer. Release all your stress by exhaling it out; once you get into this healthy habit your already on your way to a more energized and stress-free life style.
